Educators, we know how valuable your time is. You’re juggling lesson plans, activities, assessments, and collaborating with colleagues—all while trying to keep your students engaged. That’s why we’ve made some key updates to Spaces to help you stay organized, streamline your work, and collaborate more easily.

Here’s a quick look at what’s new.

🚀 Speed Boost: Faster Loading Times

The Challenge: When you’re trying to prep for a class or share materials with your team, waiting for content to load can be frustrating. Slow speeds can slow you down.

The Update: We’ve significantly improved loading speeds in Spaces, so everything from activities to resources opens up faster. You’ll notice the difference right away, saving you time when it matters most.

📂 More Ways to Add Content

The Challenge: Up until now, Spaces was limited to adding activities, which meant juggling multiple platforms to share links, documents, or rubrics.

The Update: Now, Spaces allows you to add links, documents, rubrics, videos, and more. Whether it’s a lesson plan, a helpful video, or a set of instructions, everything can be stored and shared in one place. This makes it much easier to keep all your teaching materials organized and accessible.

🗂️ Smarter Folders: Easier Organization

The Challenge: Teachers told us that navigating through folders could be clunky, especially when trying to organize resources for different units or grade levels.

The Update: We’ve improved how folders work to make organizing content simpler. You can now group materials by unit, topic, or grade level, making it easier to find what you need quickly. It’s all about reducing friction so you can focus on what matters.

🔗 Flexible Sharing Options

The Challenge: Sharing resources with colleagues wasn’t as easy as it could be. Permissions were limited, which made collaborating with others more time-consuming.

The Update: Now, you can share Spaces with specific colleagues, your entire organization, or with anyone who has the link. This added flexibility makes it easier to collaborate, share resources, and co-plan lessons, whether you’re working with a colleague across the hall or across the district.
